Digital Marketing & Content Creation Exec.

With the constant need for digital marketing and content creation services in the modern era, Loud By Design is growing and as such we are now looking to hire a Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive to join our team in Mondello Park, Naas, Co. Kildare to work with us on an ever-growing range of exciting projects, both for our own internal company brands and external client projects.

Salary: Dependent on Experience
Contract Length: Full-time Ongoing
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm (Evenings & weekends where required)
What will I be doing?
The role we have available currently is for a Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive.
At a high-level, this role is fit for someone who can handle a variety of tasks within our media & marketing agency including procuring new clients & managing existing clients, creating marketing campaign concepts, working with our team to create the content required for campaigns, creating and launching engaging and conversion-focused digital marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing campaigns in order to ensure success through sales, lead-generation and other important metrics, and reporting on campaign performance to internal stakeholders and/or external clients.
A strong knowledge of and experience working with social networks, digital marketing platforms, software and tools including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, MailChimp (or similar email marketing platforms), (or similar social scheduling platforms), Google Sheets, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and (or similar project management software) is absolutely essential.
Although not an absolute requirement, professional videography and photography skills will also be extremely beneficial to any candidate applying for this role. Experience in website development and ongoing maintenance is another beneficial but not absolutely crucial skill for a candidate for this role.
The role is fast-paced and requires a hard-working individual who has an ability to work well both within a team and on their own initiative, as well as being someone who works well under pressure and to tight time-sensitive deadlines. The ideal candidate for Loud By Design would be someone who understands the end-to-end process of creating highly conversion-focused digital marketing campaigns and can effectively manage all parts of any such campaign from concept through to content creation and all the way to the campaign’s launch.
The main skills required for this position include:
  • Strong experience with Facebook, Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager & Facebook Creator Studio including creating and managing engaging and high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns;
  • Strong experience with Google AdWords, including creating and managing engaging and high-performing Google Ad campaigns;
  • A strong understanding of what works and what doesn’t work on social media and social media trends, for both organic and paid social media campaigns;
  • Proven experience in growing a brand and achieving conversion success through organic and paid social media campaigns;
  • Experience of monitoring digital marketing campaign analytics and a knowledge of what metrics are important in order to report on and provide campaign insights and ensure campaign success;
  • Experience creating highly-engaging and conversion-focused email marketing campaigns;
  • Ability to use the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products to create imagery & content;
  • Strong understanding of how to ensure brand consistency throughout a full digital marketing campaign.
Other skills that are beneficial for candidates to posses include:
  • Strong content creation skills in both photography and videography;
  • Experience with website development, ongoing website maintenance and experience using content management systems such as WordPress.
Other requirements for this position are:
  • Strong educational background in Digital Marketing / Digital Media / Content Creation;
  • A clear understanding of marketing principles and user experience;
  • Significant experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to work both within a team and on own initiative;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight, time-sensitive deadline;
  • Client-facing experience (internal or external), including experience driving meetings or calls;
  • Ability to communicate technical content to a general audience;
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills;
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, word documents and presentations;
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented;
  • Must have a full valid drivers license.
